Mr. Noriega was established in Miami, United States where he began a successful career in the private sector, his objectives are to provide security services developing innovative concepts to raise the high quality of services offered to our customers which they expect and deserve.
He currently holds Licenses as Private Investigator, Security Officer Instructor, Security Agency Manager, Emergency First Aid, Security Officer, Protective Operations Tactical Instructor, Personal Defense and Police Instructor (3rd Dan in Kenpo Karate), Instructor of handling of short and long weapons of different calibers, International Escort Instructor.

Ms. Noriega joined Security International Consulting as Executive Manager in Miami FL USA, with over 10 years of experience in the private sector. She personally oversees employee training programs, security operations and client relations.
