The quality of our officers begins with the selection process. The best qualified officers within each client’s budget are selected and hired. We select applicants with clean backgrounds and with their respective work licenses up to date. We emphasize physical appearance and personal hygiene; all our security officers must maintain strict standards of cleanliness and report to work in clean, well-ironed attire. Employees will be subject to background checks, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
